Happy Chinese New Year everyone!

And congratulations to everyone at Silent River Kung Fu (SRKF) who received an award and earned their black belt.



With the start of the Year of the Rat, it is now time to start my own I Ho Chuan journey. And so it begins.


For the 50,000 push-ups, and sit-ups required in the year I figured it would be good to aim for 200 push-ups and 200 sit-ups as my daily goal. Do you think that's enough "padding"?



One of my personal goals is to do three drawings/paintings per month in my watercolour sketchbook. Suggestions on what to draw?


Does anyone around here do Plein Air painting? That could be a fun thing to do.
