Here is a link to the I Ho Chuan requirements:
50,000 push-ups in one year. That's about 137 push-ups per day, without fail, IF everything goes according to plan. Then there's the sit-ups, the sparring, the journaling, the kilometres, the forms repetitions... What have I gotten myself into?! Who does something like that? ... oh wait, that would be me, and a whole team of other people supporting each other doing the same thing.
How does anyone balance all that with work and family life?
Don't know how this will go during the Chinese Year of the Rat, but here goes! Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
