That is all.

Kidding!

Though at first when I was starting to write this blog I wasn't kidding. As a solo-preneur I've been swamped with work despite COVID and now I've had more work piled on top thanks to COVID (Sifu Brinker I don't know how you've managed to do it and make it look so easy). Now I have to completely rearrange my clinic space and submit my written protocols and procedures (which still need writing), regarding reopening after COVID, to my insurers, the college, and whoever else. Still waiting to hear from the government to know if I qualify for Stage 2 or Stage 3 opening (in BC it would have been Stage 1).

On top of all, that the Arnica is just about to bloom, which means harvesting and processing quickly before they go to seed (they are like Dandelions that way), and other plants like Comfrey and Nettle will likely need harvesting shortly too.

If "the four burner theory" is to be believed, no wonder I've been having so much trouble keeping up with my IHC requirements and Kung Fu classes!

Positives (because I feel that should be concentrated on):

  • I feel really good about being able to (hopefully successfully) help the damaged Kwoon tree

  • I broke the 10,000 mark on situps

  • will likely break the 10,000 mark for pushups today

  • I've been connected as much as humanly possible to online Kwoon activities in spite of very bad internet. Still wish it had held out for the entire Tiger Challenge. The kids were so cute!

  • I have had some one-on-one sessions with a Sifu - need more, I know :-)

  • Successfully sprouted mango seeds.

OK, now that is all... for today.
