Week 18 – Brief Evaluation of My Progress

In a word, or two, not good. I could have done better. That said, I’m finding it troublesome to pace myself according to my current situation. I get out of breath that much quicker than before I was sick (frustratingly so), yet feel better with each day. Pacing myself for this version of me is hard because I don’t know this me yet, and the goal posts keep changing.


This is the busy season for me and I end up spending more time, and physical energy, out at the farm. Again, affecting the pacing for my energy reserves.


I am finding that not setting out the weekly goals is resulting in reduced results. Even if I only do one blog a week I should probably set out goals and do the evaluation for the previous week in it as well. Setting out the goals and doing an evaluation was a very useful tool for me.

Declutter my life: 25 days – pretty sure I forgot to record some of these, thus the number is unchanged this week

Greatcoat project: still on the back burner
