Well, I've done the math, and it's EXTREMELY unlikely that I can accomplish the 50,000 mark this year for the situps and pushups.
My body physically won't let me do the pushups, and I allowed my situps to stay linked to that. So now I'm rebuilding strength... again... for both, and my situp numbers are slowly going up, but I would have to do over 400 per day to reach the 50,000 and I don't think my body will let me. I've done very few pushups, and I must admit it's very nice not being woken up most nights because of shoulder pain. It's funny how you don't notice something sometimes until it's gone. It was only a few nights ago that I realized I had slept through the entire night without waking up due to shoulder pain.
Anyway, I'm not quitting! I'm going to put in as many situps etc. as I can before the end of the IHC year.
P.S. My sketchbook and watercolour set have gone missing. That's going to make the art goal harder to reach too. Hopefully, I've just misplaced them somewhere but it's strange that they are missing but my paintbrushes are still here.
