Digital declutter:

There’s a lot of decluttering that needs doing here, including social media, EMAILS, subscriptions, and so much more. I won’t bore you with the details, but I do hope to accomplish a sizeable chunk of it this week.


Improve Flexibility:

This coming Saturday is the start of the Sil Lum  Seminar. I hope that it will help considerably with my flexibility.
