Exhaustion

Felt really good, only missed three days in four weeks of doing pushups or the equivalent. Not the full numbers required to hit 50,000 by the end of the year, but diligently doing some every day. Then the exhaustion hit… for longer than usual! I missed Monday’s class (in person) because of it. Yesterday was the first day that sitting up didn’t feel like a nearly insurmountable task. Today things feel fairly “normal”, so I plan to go to class tonight but it’s uncertain if I’ll be able do the whole class. We’ll see.

My poor dogs! They’re so affected by this as well. I don’t have the energy to play/train with them, so they get sent outside to play with each other but generally end up whining at the back door to come inside, where they lay on their beds most of the time because that’s the room where I am and they want to be with me.

I want to train!!!
