Was practicing my forms last night and noticed something.

It was easier to... slide (not quite the right word) from one stance to another rather than... bounce (again, not quite the right word). In other words, I finally have the strength in my legs to transition from one stance to another without having to gather the strength to do it. Thus, my head doesn't go up and down as much when transitioning from one stance to the next.

It was so nice to feel like all this work over the past three years was finally producing some sort of positive results. I know that there's still a very long road ahead, but it's nice to FEEL like you're actually making progress.
