Maybe if I repeat that enough times it will be true?

All kidding aside. Like everything else, there is always room for improvement. Yet I feel that I am pretty patient and tolerant. It usually takes quite a lot to get me angry or frustrated... for most things.

I've noticed, however, that as I get older I have less patience for certain things. I'm rarely polite to the "telemarketers" from "Microsoft" or "Border Patrol" or "Your Credit Card Company" who are trying to steal from unsuspecting victims, for example. I used to politely wait for them to finish talking and then tell them I'm not interested. Now, at worst I hang up on them, and at best I string them along - less time for them to victimize someone else that way.

My patience and tolerance are definitely better if I take the time for some reflection and meditation. It helps put things in better perspective.
