Not gonna lie... still a struggle!

The problem ones are the spinning ones - spinning back kick, roundhouse, etc. Any kick where I have to rotate my foot position on the floor.


Discovered that if I practice moving between crane stance and back kick, without touching the floor (slowly at first), I'm starting to get a feel for where my centre of balance actually is during this movement. It feels like this exercise will help. We'll see.
