The RAoK is the one I have the toughest time keeping track of. There are so many things that one does automatically without thinking of them as a RAoK because they are simply things you do to be courteous.
As behind as I am on most of these I don't think I would be doing as well at my Kung Fu if I hadn't been on the I Ho Chuan (IHC) team this year. It's really helped me keep working on maintaining Kung Fu as a priority in spite of COVID.
My obligations, and the time they take, have interfered a lot with the ability to spend the time on the Kung Fu that I want to. They are slowly getting completed and that (Kung Fu) time is slowly emerging more and more. Journalling has really helped me with figuring out what I need to change.
