I Ho Chuan year of the Rat has barely started and a spanner has shown up in the works already. Figures!
Been sick most of the week with the flu, with barely enough energy to move from bed to couch and back to bed again for several days. Pushups, situps, forms? Absolutely out of the question.
I knew there would be setbacks. The Fast is coming up quickly (March 1 - 19) and I probably won't have much energy then. There's a trip to the Wet/West Coast in July for work. There's another trip, I hope, in September. These things make it harder if not impossible to get some of the numbers in that one would like to. That's why I wanted to "pad" my numbers a little more than my team mates thought was wise. Glad I did, because I'm not too far behind now.
Today is the first day I've had enough energy to attempt the pushups etc. We'll see how the energy is for the rest of the day.
Totals so far:
Kilometers (walking, biking, etc) = 23.2
Situps = 700
Pushups = 450
Form Practice = 10
Weapon Form Practice = 10
Random Acts of Kindness (RAoK) = 7
Drawings/Paintings in my sketchbook = 0.5 (36 total is the goal)
