Phew! Got that over with.

I did terrible but it’s not unexpected. I chose two school forms, or parts of forms, that I didn’t previously know. That’s why I chose them, because I didn’t know them. Now I have the rest of the year to really memorize and improve.

Pushups: 459

Sit-ups: 416

My goal for this year is to be more consistent in doing these (sit-ups and pushups) this year. My body seems to rebel at the quantity of the goal (50,000) but if I can be consistent with doing what my body will allow then that is hopefully a success.

Weapon form: 6 – chose the school’s broadsword form but bought a very lightweight Katana (made with aluminum) to use so that my shoulders didn’t hate me too much. It is much easier on me than the plastic practice sword I was using previously, which is oddly heavy considering it’s plastic.

Hand form: 101

Random Acts of Kindness: 9

Sparring: 20

Kilometres: 175

Memorize Mastery: Not as diligent this week. Didn’t work on this anywhere near daily, like I want to. Did work on it though.

Nurture Relationships: Had a particularly good day on Saturday with regards to this.

Blogging: 6

Declutter: Getting systems in place so that spaces that have been decluttered are less likely to get cluttered again. Every step forward on this project feels like more weight lifted off my shoulders, and a huge reduction in stress.

Great Coat sewing project: The new electric cord has been attached to the sewing machine. Hopefully that was all it needed.
