Restart

As expected, no journalling equals inaccurate numbers recording, no blog posts, and just generally little progress. That said, the issue of energy levels has not helped and neither has the brain fog that comes with it.

The energy issue seems to have been figured out and I’m on the mend. With that I have had enough energy this last week or so to have a nine-day streak of drawing every day which can also take a surprising amount of energy, especially if you are designing and not just copying. This weekend I have started to feel like maybe I have a little energy to spare. The last two Kung Fu classes were still very tiring but the last one was better than the previous one, in terms of energy to make it through.

So, while the track record the last month or two has been dismal for progression towards my goals, it’s hopefully time for a restart. Just get back up and get going again… with admitted caution because I don’t want to fall back again due to overestimation of my state of recovery.

This, Then That

As has been mentioned before, if I don’t do this, write in my personal journal, then that, everything else seems to stop working too. Hence, missed blog posts. I’ve mentioned the exhaustion before.

Work, Rest, Repeat

Not a good week energy wise. After the back to back classes (attempting to help with Level 1 class, then attending my own class) last week I have been extremely exhausted ever since. Ended up working

Tired and Spaces

Last week I said I wanted to pay more attention to what’s preventing me from training, and where the spaces are, in my life, for training. While I still didn’t get much training done (I really do feel
