Finding it difficult to do the sword form with the intent and intensity that it deserves. Pretty sure it’s because I’m always practicing in small spaces or places where I’m worried about injuring my team, or class, members. I’m holding back because I don’t want to hurt anyone. Unfortunately, it shows.

How can a person move so much and still not put on more kilometres in a day? It’s annoying how you can go up and down stairs, for example, and the smart-watch still tells you that you need to stand up because it says you haven’t for an hour. How does climbing stairs not count as standing up?!
