Sit-ups didn’t hurt tonight. For quite a while lately they have bothered my back whenever I attempted them. It was nice to be able to do them again without pain. You’d think, after all these years of Kung Fu, that my stamina would be better than it is. It’s better than it was but… let’s just say, “fix your breathing” is a common mantra for me.
On track, so far, for completing the numbers for the weapon form repetitions. Hopefully I can keep it going.
