Week 27 – Crashing

My Excel spreadsheet for tracking my IHC progress has been crashing a lot (on my mobile devices) so that every time I enter a number I have to reopen the program. Obviously, that put too much friction on my recording of numbers because I wasn’t as diligent as usual about recording. Now I’m paying for it because I didn’t maintain consistency and don’t know what all my numbers were. Anyway, I think I’ve fixed the problem of the crashing so that should remove the friction for recording. I have a paper notebook that I’m carrying around more now too so that will hopefully fix the problem of not recording when I don’t have access to my electronic recording system.

Declutter my life: 32 days – got to declutter something recently by just answering someone’s question, it was nice, strange somehow, but nice.

Improved flexibility: 19 days of doing something – I know if done more but it was little snippets of time that didn’t get recorded. I can now touch my palms to the floor in a forward bend most days, especially if I’m warmed up.
