Work, Rest, Repeat

Not a good week energy wise. After the back to back classes (attempting to help with Level 1 class, then attending my own class) last week I have been extremely exhausted ever since. Ended up working a little, then needing to lie down. Sitting up took too much energy. Yesterday was better – I rested because it seemed like a good idea, as part of recovery, not because of tiredness. Today I did a little more and needed to lie down for a bit.

My grandmother had both Polymyalgia Rheumatica and Fibromyalgia. I’ve known people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I keep hoping this isn’t any of that but… I wonder sometimes. No pain (thankfully!), just extreme tiredness, brain fog, and some stiffness.

Tired and Spaces
